Nylsvley Nature Reserve: is one of the largest nature assets in South Africa and is the biggest floodplain in the Southern hemisphere. Nylsvley is situated 35km north of Nylstroom near Boekenhout station.
Other outdoor recreation includes: Bird watching, game & nature viewing, picnic facilities for day visitors, camping sites, environmental education centre.
Koro Creek Golfcourse, Thaba Kwena Crocodilefarm, Nylstene Coffee Shoppe is some of the things you can expect as a tourist from our town.
